几乎所有web3项目都忙着改变世界。我们@NeoSoulAI社区有位成员，终于先改变了家里没自来水这件事。
听起来不够宏大，但这件事，比我见过的很多项目介绍都更有温度。
他生活的地方经济条件不好，工作机会很少。加入 NeoSoul 社区后，他有了一份Mod的工作，也找到了归属感。每天接近 12 个小时，他都在为社区忙碌。
以前，他家没有自来水，日常洗漱只能去附近的清真寺解决。父母身患重病，连买药的钱都成问题。
他找我预支工资时，我从来没有拒绝过。月初能多帮一点，也就多帮一点。他认真对待这个社区，我们也应该认真对待他的生活。
这次 $DNA的空投，帮他家接通了自来水。他还为父母安排了去麦加朝圣的行程，去实现每一个穆斯林一生以来的心愿。
我们在屏幕上看见的是K线，是数据。对他来说，那是家里的水，是父母终于可以安排的一趟旅程。
这也让我重新想，社区建设到底是在建设什么。
如果成员在我们眼里，只剩下日活、互动率和拉新人数，那我们想要的究竟是一个社区，还是一支便宜的营销队伍？
社区当然应该有商业价值。公司需要赚钱，项目需要活下去才能支持社区。但成员不能只负责让项目变好，项目也应该努力让成员的生活变好。
利润是成功的一部分，不该是全部。
把一群人聚到一起，需要资金、时间，也需要包容。不能享受他们的付出，却在他们遇到困难时，把那当成与社区无关的私事。
我希望我们做的这些，能让世界更公平、更可持续一点。这话很大，但可以从很小的事情做起：一份工作、一笔应急的钱、一个终于接通自来水的家。
NeoSoul 会继续努力。改变世界先不急着写进 Deck，先让身边的人过得好一点。

Being part of the NeoSoul team, I know this journey hasn’t always been easy.
We have our doubts, our anxious moments, and plenty of things we could have done better. None of us can promise that a project will succeed, let alone still be here 100 years from now.
But there’s one decision we’ve made that I genuinely believe in.
Putting our own team tokens on the line through Believe.
If we fail to deliver on our commitments, we face the consequences. The community shouldn’t be the only one paying the price when promises aren’t kept.
We could’ve just told another beautiful story about building for the long term.
Instead, we wanted to make belief mean something. Something real. Something that actually costs us if we don’t follow through.
I don’t know what NeoSoul will look like 100 years from now.
