Over a month on from being evacuated from Rhodes and @loveholidays customers still do not have their belongings and valuables returned from their hotels. Every other tour operator has managed it! Completely abandoned. We will never book a holiday via an online travel agent again!

Absolutely abandoned in the Rhodes wild fires by @loveholidays and @mitsishotels Where's your guest register? You've made no contact with your guests who were evacuated. You have no clue who is safe and who is not

My elderly, housebound parents have been without their landline phone since 30 May and continuously fobbed off by customer services. Sort it out @bt_uk Not acceptable!

#EVRI two separate orders this week and both times you have claimed to hay attempted delivery and lied saying we weren't in. My front door was even open both times! #lies
