There’s something psychological in the fact that people are ill-equipped to handle others’ trauma have the initial response to own it themselves and be the ones comforted. It just shows how little the world prepare people for the actual tribulations of helping friends who suffer.

Today me and my husband were grocery shopping. we stopped in the middle of an empty aisle and expressed our gratitude for each other and how happy we are with life right now, we kissed and continued to shop for dinner. Life is so beautiful, so precious. Better than imagined.
