One of the saddest moments I've had as a social worker with adults has been when I placed a woman who was born into a mother and baby home moved to a magdalene laundry into a nursing home. All her life spent in institutions with no regulation, no safeguarding, no love, no voice.

Sad news about the Kardashian/West divorce. Kim & Kanye visited Portarlington for the June Bank holiday in 2016 & got a nights BnB in the Pint o Port. The couple were left red faced when they tried to catch a movie at the old Savoy & instead ended up drinking pints in Delaney's.
