Libertarians understand that healthcare is expensive because of the state distortions in the market.
If people just paid directly for routine care and only had insurance for statistically rare emergencies, the cost savings would drop prices dramatically to affordable levels.

After a child is about 13 or 14, it starts to get sort of tacky for them to go around trick or treating, asking for free shit.
