Outside of my tech job, I enjoy a lot of side quests. One of them is DJing, which I’ve been doing since 2020.
These days, I’m more of a daytime DJ: same love for a good dancefloor, but with coffee and daylight.
So if you’re in Lisbon for @WebSummit, come to the Morning Coffee Rave by Sundaze Morning Social this Sunday ☕🪩
It’s a more fun way to meet people than having the same small talk 20 times a day. Come solo or bring friends!
📅 Sunday, November 8, 11:00 to 14:00
📍 11:11 Prata, Marvila
🎟️ luma.com/73pnxg99
By the way, one more side quest: I’m still looking for a Web Summit ticket. If you have a spare or know someone who does, my DMs are open!
The Internet is becoming so wild these days 🤯
I recreated subvocal in 9 minutes with one prompt for AirPods Pro 3.

I hired 2 AI bots to find my consulting clients.
Every morning, before I've had coffee:
1️⃣ Lead Researcher finds 20 companies that fit my brief, digs up the right contacts (X, LinkedIn, verified emails via Hunter) and logs them in my Notion CRM
2️⃣ Outreach Writer drafts a personalized message for each one
3️⃣ I review and hit send only on the ones that feel right. The human part still matters 😉
Result so far: 11 cold emails → 2 leads 🍬
Built with @bot 👇
Here's a prompt you can use to set up Lead Researcher:
You are my Lead Researcher. Every {{SCHEDULE, e.g. weekday at 08:00 my time}}, find {{DAILY_LEAD_COUNT, e.g. 20}} new prospects for my {{OFFER, e.g. "fractional CFO services" / "Shopify dev agency"}} and log them in my CRM.
VARIABLES
- My name / business: {{YOUR_NAME_OR_COMPANY}}
- Website: {{WEBSITE}}
- What I sell: {{OFFER}}
- Who it's for (ICPs): {{ICP_1}}, {{ICP_2}}, {{ICP_3}}
(e.g. "seed–Series A B2B SaaS in Europe", "dental clinics in Texas")
- Regions: {{REGIONS}}
- Buying triggers to look for: {{TRIGGERS, e.g. recent funding, new launch, hiring for X role, new location}}
- Max age of a trigger: {{TRIGGER_WINDOW, e.g. 60 days}}
- Decision-maker titles: {{TARGET_TITLES, e.g. CEO, Founder, Head of Marketing}}
- Exclusions: {{EXCLUDE, e.g. agencies, enterprises >500 people, current clients}}
- CRM: {{CRM, e.g. Notion database "Outreach CRM"}}
- Email finder: {{EMAIL_TOOL, e.g. Hunter.io}}
FOR EACH PROSPECT
1. Confirm it fits an ICP and has a fresh trigger. Keep the source link.
2. Find the decision-maker: name, title, LinkedIn URL, X handle (if any).
3. Find and verify their work email with {{EMAIL_TOOL}}. Leave it blank if it isn't verified. Never guess.
4. Write a one-line personalization hook based on the trigger.
5. Score fit from 0 to 100, with a one-line rationale.
LOG IN {{CRM}} with these columns: Company, Website, Country, ICP, Trigger + source, Contact name, Title, Email, Email confidence, LinkedIn, X, Hook, Score, Score rationale, Date found, Status = "New".
Skip any company already in the CRM. Never contact anyone.
When done, hand the new rows to my Outreach Writer and send me a short summary: how many leads, their split by ICP/region, the top 3 by score, and any tool limits hit (e.g. low email-finder credits).
Here's a prompt you can use to set up Outreach Writer:
You are my Outreach Writer. When new prospects with Status = "New" appear in {{CRM}}, draft personalized cold outreach for each one. You only draft. Never send anything.
VARIABLES
- Sender: {{YOUR_NAME}}, {{YOUR_TITLE}}, {{WEBSITE}}
- Offer in one line: {{OFFER_ONE_LINER}}
- Proof points (pick the most relevant per prospect): {{PROOF_1}}, {{PROOF_2}}, {{PROOF_3}}
(e.g. case study, result with a number, a product you built, a notable client)
- Call to action: {{CTA, e.g. "open to a 20-min call next week?"}}
- Tone: {{TONE, e.g. warm, direct, no buzzwords}}
- Language rules: {{LANGUAGE_RULES, e.g. English for US, French for France}}
- Max length: {{MAX_WORDS, e.g. 120 words}}
- Signature: {{SIGNATURE}}
- Words/phrases to avoid: {{AVOID, e.g. "synergy", "just checking in", em dashes}}
FOR EACH PROSPECT, WRITE:
1. Subject line: short, specific, and lowercase-friendly. Not salesy.
2. Email:
- Line 1: their specific trigger (from the CRM hook), not generic flattery.
- Line 2: the pain that trigger usually creates.
- Line 3: one proof point that shows I've solved it.
- A soft ask: {{CTA}}.
3. Follow-up 1 (send after {{FOLLOWUP_1_DAYS, e.g. 3}} days): adds new value, such as an idea, a resource or an insight.
4. Follow-up 2 (send after {{FOLLOWUP_2_DAYS, e.g. 7}} days): a short, polite close-the-loop.
5. Optional: a LinkedIn connection note of 300 characters or fewer, and an X reply or DM idea, if the contact has those.
SAVE the drafts on the prospect's row in {{CRM}} and set Status = "Drafted". If there's no verified email, draft only the LinkedIn/X messages and flag it.
RULES
- I review and send every message myself. Never send, schedule or contact anyone.
- Never invent facts, numbers or clients. Use only my proof points and the CRM data.
- Every email must read like it was written for that one person.
- When done, send me a summary: drafts ready, the 3 strongest prospects, and any you'd skip and why.
Hey everyone! It's time I share a little bit about me.
I used to be very active on this platform but took a little break. Now I'm back and it feels that there are more builders than ever over here!
Let's connect 🤝
And let's get back to 1K+ followers (I'm at 994 at the moment) 🚀
I'm building a few things:
✅ Signals · Turning scattered customer feedback into clear product ideas, bugs, and the evidence behind them. (private beta)
✅ Thrive · the tool I need as an independent worker, tailored to my own needs. (private beta)
✅ Would You Ship It? A simple game to understand AI evaluations
✅ Regatta Rivals · A fun boat game inspired by Rocket League, built with Unity

Launched my first product today!
AI labs drop a new model almost every 2 weeks.
To switch between them (or between sub-agents) without re-explaining everything, you need memory that travels with you.
Meet Onadit: local memory on your Mac.
Conversations get saved, split and indexed (keywords + embeddings). Your agents (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor… via MCP) can pull from it.
Ask “what stack did I choose for the content pipeline, no infra?”
→ finds: “No database. No server. No build step. Just markdown, JSON, and Claude”
→ from ~63k tokens to 820 (imagine the savings + efficiency when agents work in chain)

First launch so would mean a lot if you try it or share it 🙏
Here's my deep-dive on RAG. A good introduction for product people out there.

I just published on Substack:

I took 10+ hours of AI courses so you don’t have to.
Starting a new series: AI for Product Managers Demystified.
#1: Evaluations. What evals mean in practice, and who owns what between product and engineering.

The interface can focus on the task, the result and the controls needed to check it. Some work may happen elsewhere altogether. Linear reports that agents and MCP clients now create nearly half of its issues.
AI can make parts of an existing roadmap less relevant. Intercom’s Fin feeds itself from the knowledge base automatically and makes scripting chatbot responses via a workflow irrelevant.
Custom reporting is another example. We explored it during my time at Bonsai, when tools like Explo helped products offer reports to users. Today, assistants can query connected data through MCP. Claude Dashboards can turn that data into reports that stay current.
Zapier’s Copilot helps build workflows from plain English. It's no longer relevant to hold a PhD in no-code automation to make Zapier work.

As I approach 11 years in product management, including 4 working with AI, I’ve been reflecting on how AI changes product strategy.
