The way you treat a house help says a lot about your character. Don’t insult someone because they clean your house. Don’t speak to them as if they are less human because you pay their salary. They are working to earn a living, just like everybody else. Money may put you in a position of authority, but it doesn’t make you more human than the person working for you.
