I finished it about yesterday and now I think I can put my thoughts into words.
It's a 7.5. I enjoyed overall cast and side characters more than S1, I love trigger's art and animation so much. I also enjoyed watching it a lot.
For the things I didn't like though

I think the ending was mostly a disappointing payoff, but it was way more hopeful han S1. I also didn't like Roman the MC because he felt like a generic self insert character who's purpose is literally being a cameraman.

Fanart by @sawasa_c2
ALT Digital illustration of Lucy and Rebecca from Cyberpunk: Edgerunners. Lucy sits on a red couch, facing the viewer as she eats noodles with chopsticks from a green takeout box. She has short, pale hair and wears her outfit from the anime. Rebecca leans over the back of the couch behind her, holding another takeout box and a pair of chopsticks. She has pale green hair, large red and green eyes, and wears an oversized dark jacket. Instead of noodles, she has a strand of Lucy's hair in her mouth. The background is bright yellow with white geometric shapes.
