I do not particularly care who you vote for, as long as you vote. As long as your voice, through your vote, is heard and your democratic right, exercised.
I get the position some of you are in.
I know you are disillusioned.
I know you have disengaged.
I know you exhausted by our country’s politics and politicians.
And I know, for some, you simply do not care anymore.
Those are absolutely valid emotions and I can understand and appreciate feeling that way.
But please, I beg of you, you have to vote to contribute to the change you want to see. Do not let those you deride decide the direction South Africa goes. Your one vote could make all the difference needed.
