I opened up to my psychologist today about my hallucinations. I feel so fragile and vulnerable now. I know it’s good that I’m telling her things bc it’s literally her job and I love her so much but it’s still really hard.

Do I potentially waste my money on an iPhone duo ?

One of the main problems around people with psychotic disorders or other stigmatised mental conditions is that everything we do gets put back onto our disorder. Every fault, every misstep, every mistake is used as proof to say that the stigma of us all being horrible is right.

I remember when someone was like "I have bpd and I don't act like that" like not everyone with bpd (or any mental illness) are the same? Yes we experience some of the same symptoms but not all of us have to act the same?

i find it so hard to believe i could add to a room. like my presence could make things better for someone. most of the time i just feel like i’m draining the room of sound and energy
