Like, I was watching the ball drop in Times Square and everyone just seemed kind of … meh? Not sad, not celebratory, just going through the motions. Maybe it’s always like that and I never noticed. But even Seacrest seemed to be struggling.

Capitalism is a trip. On the one hand, you have Amazon employees getting fired for having the audacity to use the bathroom. On the other hand, you have some guy destroying a company and thousands of lives but is still allowed to launch rockets into space.
