recently my way to cope with any kind of pain, be it physical or mental, has been a hot bath. even if pain is really bad or my mind is racing i get so relaxed afterwards that i fall asleep immediately

just realized that i forgot my meds for a few days, so i might just be experiencing brain zaps

but of course even when i'm feeling sluggish and tired i can't sleep because i haven't done shit so revenge bedtime procrastination is hitting!!!

i feel so brain-foggy and out of it today. i wanted to get work done but because of the dizziness and several incidents today i ended up doing nothing and that makes me feel worse but i just can't focus for shit.

It's so annoying to depend on meds just to be barely functional, specially when they come with annoying side effects. I'm sorry, Cami :(

been feeling very dizzy the entire day. asked my family if they could dim the lights a bit while we had dinner cause i was very overstimulated and of course the begetter has to yell about it cause "why do they have to do this"

i've been recommending this movie to everyone that will listen including my non-spanish friends cause i know they have media literacy, but i'm afraid there's a lot of nuance and historical context lost when you're not spanish and don't speak the language 😔

brother and sil went to watch la bola negra. can't wait for them to get back so we can yap endlessly about it!

this is an english language thing btw. ask people who speak other languages and you'll find out that they're able to correctly pronounce words they've never even seen before because pronunciation rules in their languages are consistent

I'm a very loud and opinionated person and respect those who also raise their voice, so long as they're not attacking anybody. But when it comes to my overall fandom experience I'm sticking to talking to friends and things that bring joy. I'm 30 I don't have time for drama

Then again I gotta admit I don't have charitable opinions towards the corpo nor most of the fanbase, as somebody who was a very active part of that space for over a year. This is why I stick to my close circles nowadays

I don't even think it's bad that there's people who are disappointed! It's meant to happen and it's good that people can express it so that corpos can know how things land. But the vitriol from fellow fans towards those expressing opinions? Yeah nah
