Google says during 2009-10 the total EV sales across globe was below 10,000 units. So, who exactly sold these 1,50,000 electric vehicles in India during that year?
Did you see any electric vehicles back in 2009? Also, how's this a point against Congress/UPA? Even Elon Musk's Tesla had barely begun to manufacture EVs back then! Then how exactly was India supposed to have EVs back then?

BJP has three faces:
The first face is what it sells to gullible Hindus. "We are in a civilizational battle against [them]. ModiJi is Avatarpurush who will save you if you vote for them." Propaganda.
The second face is the policies it implements while in govt. Hisab chukta plus cronyism.
The third face that something nobody talks about, is the unprecedented level of corruption that they are doing to get funds to purchase MP/MLAs, do propaganda, control institutions and enrich themselves. They are truly secular here, as they do not care about your religion or caste as long as you are useful to them in their only goal to retain power.
