This is actually a condescending view of working-class people. I grew up in a working-class immigrant family and we ate at Red Lobster and The Cheesecake Factory for "fancy nights out." But even we understood that the White House should not look like the inside of a Red Lobster. Working-class people are not culturally illiterate just because their experiences are shaped by their limited means.

Hey @Brewers. Next time you sell tickets for a watch party, you need to make them non transferable or run it as a lottery system. 80K tickets sold out in 2 minutes (because of bots) that are now selling for 15x the price you sold them for. Why do you guys constantly fumble the PR whether its not giving the money for the 50/50 raffle, the Timeless Ticket, the watch party. Do you just have interns running your marketing and PR?

Opening the Watch Parties up to Season Seat Holders first was such a poor move by the Brewers. SSH’s already have purchased WS tickets at reasonable prices, now they own all the watch party tickets too.
It’s pretty clear the Milwaukee Brewers don’t give af about their out of city “Wisco” fans who can’t logistically purchase 20+ tickets a summer.
This week has ruined a lot of good vibes. I’m gonna bitch about this stuff all day today, but drop it tomorrow and focus on the actual moment fully.
