When you boil it down, YouTube is very simple and easy.
Humans are mimicking creatures by nature. So do exactly that, mimic. Study successful channels in your niche. Breakdown thumbnails, titles, hooks, structure... Then mimic with originality.
You don’t need any guru course.
Saw this clip of @MrBeast saying he can start a channel from scratch without any affiliation and grow it 20M subscribers in 6 months.
Y’all buying this? Personally I don’t think it’s possible. Maybe in a year+. But in 6 months. No way. Even for Jimmy

A faceless YouTube shorts channel is by far the worst way to build a brand on YouTube.
Shorts are already bad enough to build a brand as it is, but if the videos are faceless, the only thing you are is forgetful.
Don't upload for a week and people won't even remember you exist.
