AfterLoss doesn't just speak, it listens. Ask AfterLoss is an AI assistant built into your dashboard. Ask it anything about bereavement admin, and it gives you a personal answer based on your situation. It knows your jurisdiction. In Scotland, it talks about confirmation, not probate. In Northern Ireland, it references the correct Orders. It knows your role, whether you're an executor, administrator, or family member helping out. It knows your progress. Ask "how many steps do I have left?" and it tells you exactly where you are. It knows your documents. Ask "what am I still missing?" and it checks what you've uploaded and what you'll need next. Over 40 topics covered: probate, Tell Us Once, bank notifications, pensions, council tax, utilities, digital accounts, and more. On privacy: your conversations are not stored. Your data is never used to train AI models. We built it this way on purpose. After someone passes, you have to contact the bank. The council. The pension provider. The insurance company. The utility companies - all of them. And explain, again and again, what happened. Our new Communication Kit gives you word-for-word scripts and emails for 18 notification tasks, all tailored with your specific details. Know exactly what to say before you dial or write.
