For each case, a federal court (including the Supreme Court) asks: (1) Who should decide? and (2) If it's the federal judicial branch, what should the decision be? We the People should pay more attention to the first question.

This is like if a European soccer team went to Pittsburgh and posted about cheesesteaks.
Viewpoint discrimination on government official social media sites violates the First Amendment. Glad to resolve this First Amendment case for CIR client, Sergio Rodriguez.

Along the way, we also got a useful decision on the government's "voluntary cessation." Cite away, public interest lawyers.

Ironic that McCartney is making a similar criticism of current music that Lennon made of his. Also: McCartney is right, and @dcsandbrook is right that Lennon was "one of the very worst people in history."
So ... traditional conservative social values? Man, these Gen Zs are hard to keep up with.
A senior at Harvard observes “a narrative emerging among young people that more than just consent is required to make a sex act ethical.”
“In the Cornell Daily Sun, a student says fraternities function as ‘a market, where women are seen as commodities.’”
“A Dartmouth contributor lambasts frat culture where brothers ‘humiliate and degrade’ and that teaches ‘men to treat women and each other like subhuman objects.’”
“The emerging picture is of a sexual ethic that cannot be satisfied simply by one liberal-autonomous agent assenting to the action of another. The new ethic requires upholding the dignity and respect of the human being involved. Respecting women is incompatible with drug-fueled orgies where the ‘shop’ is ‘open,’ regardless of how consensual said orgy may or may not be.”

🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Manchester City found guilty on virtually all charges relating to breaches of Premier League financial regulations. #MCFC expected to appeal against verdict issued by independent commission. Sanctions undecided, process ongoing @TheAthleticFC nytimes.com/athletic/7049721…
Everton should file suit against Man City now and cite it in their appeal of the Burnley judgment. Man City cost a lot of teams a lot of places over 10 years. There should be a lot of lawsuit. (Ridiculous, but so is the Burnley judgment. We’re through the looking glass.)

People need to understand that western Massachusetts is the the wokest place on Earth. Worse than Portland, NYC, SF, LA, etc. because those people are puritans and the believe in all of it with a total religious ferocity that would frighten even Jonathan Edwards.
