The Tories promised to Triple Lock pensions. Pensions are being cut up to 4% over the next year. Tories lied.

Britain’s two biggest energy companies are making profits of £4.5 million per hour. 1 person in the UK dies every hour due to living in a cold home. Forgive me for harping on about it but that makes me sick. Rampant profiteering at the expense of society.

In 12/20, Fauci said that 75-85% need to get vaccinated to have the “blanket of herd immunity" 8/21, “experts” said Denmark’s high vaccination rates could end surges Now with 90%+ of the population vaccinated, Denmark is setting new highs each day How are they always so wrong?

Is the sole qualification for bagging the job as a minister in this government being totally unsuitable for that role?

What a grubby little country we have become. Until Johnson and his rotten Brexit cabal are gone things can only get worse.

Britain agreed fishing permits for 98% of boats that applied, as per post-Brexit trade deal; 55 French boats not given access to Channel Isles waters because they failed to provide any evidence they’d ever fished in these waters. And for that Macron threatens a trade war.

The Labour Party was formed by the trade union movement to represent its members in parliament, when it fails to do so there will be repercussions, Starmer in trying to reduce the influence of working people on decision making within the party has bought this upon himself

Only the truly delusional would see Spurs or Arsenal as title contenders but the fact remains that they're both allegedly 'Big 6' clubs. Chelsea have already played 3 of that group away from home in our first 6 League games & picked up 7 points. Very pleasing

So I go to Lords (capacity c31k) on 13th Aug with no COVID certification required, though they say do not go if you have COVID or are pinged. I go to Stamford Bridge (capacity c41.5k) the following day and I have to show COVID certification. Where is the consistency?

Sajid Javid is the new Secretary of State for Health and Social Care. Alongside being an MP, last year Javid was hired as a paid senior advisor to the US bank JP Morgan. JP Morgan is a major player in private healthcare. The NHS isn't safe in the Conservatives' hands.

Why would someone as wealthy as Gina Coladangelo want to take on a £15k-a-year adviser job in the Department of Health? Nothing to do with ensuring a healthy flow of government contracts to her brother's firm, of course. That would be just absurd, wouldn't it?

For those who believe that the actions of the police during demonstrations are justified. The police/home office lie to you - not just about recent protests but all of them. A claim that 100 police officers were injured in 2008 turned out to be a lie the real figure was 0.
This is the side you don't see much in the press.
