it is already a common misogynistic belief that woman are evil and out to get men and they will lie about rape and sexual assault allegations in order to ruin an innocent man’s life. it RUINS women’s lives. to have this as a plot point in such a major motion picture is abhorrent.

As much I liked CLAYFACE, I’m shocked I’ve seen no one mentioned that a big part of the plot hinges on a false SA allegation against Matt Hagen.
I’m not joking that’s actually a part of the movie.

this is how i know clayface wasn't as spoon feedy as ppl make it out to be
we clearly see that as soon as matt got his face back everybody forgot the allegations and started liking him again, showing how superficial they are & how womens stories dont matter at the end of the day
