The #1 question in youth sports should be about the training environment. There should be five training sessions for one game. Therefore, parents should place 5x more importance on training than games. The training environment is the most important thing.#DEMANDEXCELLENCE
If you are in Anaheim for the convention and want to connect about players or anything else, one of the best weekends of the year.
@UnitedCoaches
You will never develop as a youth athlete or person if you are constantly the VICTIM. This starts with parenting. Stop being the victim and start being the SOLUTION!
FALL grades are in 16 players at SLCC Men's Soccer had a 3.5 GPA or better. I am proud of these boys Demanding Excellence on and off the field. Excited to get back with the boys this Spring.
ESPN Top 10 life long bucket list
Carles Zomeno’s incredible goal from yesterday’s sudden death match made Sportscenter’s Top 10 Plays on ESPN2! Way to go, Bruins!

I am gutted to the core about last night's outcome, losing in penalty shootouts in the NJCAA final four. The boys played with so much GRIT last night for the entire match and extra time. What an incredible game. Great stuff from Monroe and their staff. Physically and emotionally, we are spent. Proud of the program for making the final 4 four years in a row.
Sports Center Top 10 SLCC Mens soccer what a great day!
How about @slcc_msoccer making the Sportscenter Top 10 at the @NJCAA_Soccer National Championships right here in Wichita!

Big-time accomplishment for the boys, winning the conference and finishing the regular season undefeated at 14-0-2 and ranked #2 nationally in the NJCAA. We have 14 sophomores looking to graduate and then attend great universities. There's lots of soccer to be played, but it's been a great year.
What a great day to surprise the hardest-working player on our team with a scholarship if you have 53 seconds watch this clip this is what college athletics is all about! 👊🏼💙👊🏼 @BruinAthletics
I want to know from the Twitter world🌎 How much impact will Messi have on the MLS and Soccer in America.
I was at a family reunion last Saturday, and people in the family that don't know a thing about the game were talking about Messi and @InterMiamiCF like they were the Dallas Cowboys.
Can you imagine if 9-year-old Messi was playing in America and all the parents on the sideline screamed PASS THE BALL frantically every time he had the ball on his foot because they were worried their kid was not getting their touches in that game I see this happen almost every weekend. 🤣🤣
What do general people celebrate in youth sports?
Winning is above everything else is what I see in most youth environments.
If you do things correctly you will be rewarded long term there are zero shortcuts in youth development in sports. Start looking at youth athletes on what they look like in 10 years as opposed to what they look like today.
The 2023 spring grades are in & 16 SLCC Men’s players with a 3.0 GPA or better. We had 3 players with 3.9 and even got a 4.0 Well done, guys!
DEMAND EXCELLENCE
In my state, they have parent linesmen at U8-10 due to ref shortages. I am shocked by how dishonest most parents are as the ARs.
This is crazy!
