Tough times for my huskies…
What's happened to Northern Illinois' football program is so sad. Since beating Notre Dame in 2024, one of the best Group of 6 programs has: - Joined a conference that makes 0 geographic sense for money - Lost head coach Thomas Hammock because he hated the NIL Era - Is now the only remaining winless team in the entire FBS 💔

I’m going Allen… I was lucky to pick Kirk up, but I read some things where his snaps may be limited, Allen has been consistent and I like Indy in a bounce back post GM firing game to come out motivated

Senate Republicans have been calling for changes to @JBPritzker’s crime policies for years. They’re pushing again after CTA janitor Julian Mobley, a 41-year-old father of two, was stabbed to death on October 8 at the Damen Green Line station by a man already free on electronic monitoring. The defendant, Chevazz Campbell, had seven prior felony convictions, including aggravated battery. Prosecutors tried at least four times to revoke his probation over repeated curfew violations, but he still stayed free. Cook County State’s Attorney Eileen Burke has called the system broken and said 10 to 12% of the roughly 3,000 people on it are unaccounted for. Alphanso Talley, another seven-time felon, was also on electronic monitoring when he was charged with shooting and killing a Chicago police officer earlier this year. Pritzker spent years selling SAFE-T as reform while people with records like this keep walking free and Illinois families keep paying the price. How does “reform” keep getting innocent people killed? 🎥 @MarkHespen | @TheILInsider

A Chicago Transit Authority employee was murdered, the accused, is someone out on electronic monitoring because of Governor Pritzker’s policies. Senate Republicans have had enough.
