I’ve worked for 30+ years in management. I know ‘intimidating’ or ‘aggressive’ management & ‘belittling’ people is a failure of management - one @DominicRaab said meant he couldn’t get things done. Yesterday was the removal of a failing manager - good for business #RaabTheBully
