I was wondering why people around me who took delivery after I did of the R1T have gotten their NACS adapter before I have. I have a 2022 Launch Edition VIN 11447. Customer service doesn’t seem want to give me answers . What gives @RJScaringe @Rivian ?

@m_franceschetti I participated in the Eight beta program when you were crowdfunding back in ~2015 - when it was called Luna. I've been a loyal customer and have multiple beds. Why did you get rid of the API? Now I must go into another room, get my phone, and cancel the alarm.

I've been a part of several focus groups over the years and have always said how important it was to have an open API. What gives? With no local way to turn off the alarm, or control the pod in any way w/o the app - it has hurt your product badly. At least bring back IFTTT
