HOORAY! Finally the work is starting to come in for next year. P&O enjoyed us cruising with them last year and have booked us up for the following in 2024 🙌 Any of my fellow entertainers gigging on the same cruises? 🛳️ @realbasilbrush

Elements of Mindfulness cured my stage anxiety & is helping with my day to day anxiety and OCD. Basically it’s been a revelation these past few years. If you’re intrigued, maybe today is the day to do a little research.
I have loads of info on my website upgradeyourday.co.uk
