Crime really does pay 2 men have their life savings stolen and he jets around the world courtesy of @MerseyPolice and @actionfrauduk doing nothing Taken from official court papers: The two victims made a transfer of £27,600 to #StephanieHayden and his company SRH Law ltd Out of this amount, only £3,500 was sent to the solicitors representing the landlord. The payment was directed to a personal account under the name of Mr A Halliday, instead of the official company account of SRH Law Ltd. Furthermore #StephanieHayden did not fulfill their obligation to transfer £24,100 to the solicitors or return the money to the 2 victims. Consequently, on 06 February 2018, the company was deregistered according to s1000(3) of the Companies Act 2006. As a result the two victims suffered a complete loss of their life’s savings Based on the aforementioned details, it can be inferred that the Claimant intentionally avoided providing the necessary information to Companies House regarding SRH Law Ltd. This action was taken with the purpose of facilitating the company's deregistration and dishonestly manipulating the reporting procedures. Ultimately, this allowed the Claimant to wrongfully and deceitfully retain the unlawfully obtained funds. @MerseyPolice and @actionfrauduk did absolutely nothing to help these 2 men both of whom were mentally scared by the crime. I speak to one of them and he says it destroyed his life. He doesn’t want to be named because of the stress but he went the police and action fraud and they did absolutely nothing. This was a well thought out and executed criminal act. It wasn’t just fraud. i asked both @MerseyPolice and @actionfrauduk to help these men out The police said: Good evening, Without the relevant victim details there will be no investigation. Furthermore, if the victim wishes to raise the complaint it will be down to themselves to make a report unless they lack capacity or are under the age of 18. Action Fraud ( the person who took the call ) was very sympathetic but said there is nothing they can do. what a world we live in where some scumbag like #StephanieHayden aka #AnthonyHalliday can do this absolutely scott free time and time again.
