When the issue of Phala Phala first came to the attention of the President, a call was made to the late taxi boss Mswazi. From there Cat Matlala was roped in.
I’ll come back with more.

Here's the other problem, only 2 of the 3 storage tanks are in operation.

Where are the political analysts, anti-corruption NGOs, and constitutional watchdogs now? Where are the religious leaders and spiritual voices?
Some political parties were reportedly given startup funding by the State Security Agency specifically to counter the EFF. The handlers and operatives involved cannot hide behind the century-old principle of anonymity in intelligence tradecraft.
They went rogue. Their actions were treacherous, threatening state security, and they acted criminally in direct violation of the National Strategic Intelligence Act, No. 39 of 1994.

The EFF’s Statement Condemning the Weaponisation and Abuse of the State Security Agency by the ANC
-According to court testimony, millions of rands from the SSA were misused to fund a covert operation specifically targeted at spying on EFF caucuses and trying to destabilise our organisation by aggressively poaching influential leaders back to the ANC. This constitutional delinquency occurred at the height of our robust opposition to state capture and former President Jacob Zuma. It is completely unacceptable that tax money was spent on illegal surveillance of a democratically elected political party rather than protecting the citizens of South Africa.

I suspect a certain Fraud who is now leading a lousy stokvel by the same name.

No it's not. It's private contractors. And they have no control over them. They have no idea where they supply their water from. And the Mayor knows it.
