Fall is primarily for development/preparation ahead of the school season — a responsibility coaches owe EVERY kid on the team. First HS season around the corner, and a majority of players never had a single meaningful touch Choose carefully

First AAU tournament of the fall. 9th grade. Two opponents ran spread ball screen or side ball screen with the same 2-3 players, every possession, for the entire game

Jack Garner was lighting it up today from beyond the arc for @MiddlesexMagic in a dominant win. The 2029 guard has a smooth stroke from deep and defends the perimeter at a high level. Gritty player.

Marvin Avery was extremely productive this morning. Got to the rim at will. Was physical on all his drives. And can shoot the 3 off the catch and bounce. @AustinPrep has a dude here. @RivalsNation

Austin Prep (@AustinPrepBHoop) is going to be a handful in Class B this winter. The quartet of @MarvinAvery_04, Will Nunes, Max Ryan, & @Izzy_Wane continues to develop as a group & as individuals, playing w/ a combination of basketball IQ, skill, toughness, & connectedness.
