I can’t face British journalists spending the next 10yrs whining about Saudi Arabia getting the 2034 World Cup.. in the certain knowledge that as with Qatar, they’ll all park their strong moral objections when the time comes and go a 6-week jolly out there. I also think the Saudis will put on a brilliant tournament, as the Qataris did.
