I just open-sourced my skills for Claude Code and Codex.
They generate before/after PR screenshots, record demo videos, and write short team updates. Built to make changes easier to review and share.

Before I merge, I want the PR to answer three questions:
What caused the problem?
What proves the change works?
What is still untested?
The goal is to give the next person enough context to review the work.

I got laid off last month, which unexpectedly gave me a chance to go on a meditation retreat. A spot opened up in Texas for the week right after I lost my job. The timing couldn't have been more perfect.

I'm glad I spent those 10 days there. Practicing firsthand helped me understand the core of Buddhism more deeply.
It also helped me understand my body better, and how I respond to things at a subconscious level.
