Today is my 4th barkday...just wanted to say hello after a very long time away. Hope everyone is well...now off to shred my new lambie toy...love you all!!

To all my friends, because a few of you have been asking... my momma is sick right now and might not be able to help me post as much anymore. She will still be getting tons of love and strength from seeing all of your beautiful faces every day, so please keep the photos coming!

We went for a new year’s adventure today and I did a polar bear swim! I can say with confidence that it was the best day of the year so far... 😜 #HappyNewYear friends!
