#1 tip when setting up AI agents for your ecom brand: set clear guardrails & add a 2nd review layer on top
1 - guardrails
AI can basically do everything & that's the problem. it's not lacking ability, it's lacking constraints
you'll 10x your output quality by telling it what NOT to do instead of what to do
so stop spending hours on the perfect brief. define failure instead:
-> what you never want to see
-> what needs a revision
-> what a bad output actually looks like
you're not briefing someone who needs teaching. you're ruling out 99% of the options for someone who already knows all of them
& it compounds. eg. give your graphic designer agent access to the ad account & he starts spotting the patterns in your losing statics itself
2 - a 2nd review layer
no matter how good the output looks, AI still makes tons of mistakes or quietly ships generic slop
so we run a 2nd agent that QAs the output of the first one & decides if it deserves to get approved & can go live
error rate dropped hard that way. way fewer revisions across statics, landing pages, everything
credits to valentin for putting me on this
whenever you're mad about someone copying your brand, read this
there's a cafe in my city that ripped the entire concept off the most famous cafe in almaty
the bakery, the branding, even the same logo on their IG
i genuinely thought they'd opened a second location here
turns out the original has no idea any of this exists lmao
diabolical
so what are we ripping next guys
always be aware that there is big chinese mfs loaded with cash scouting western markets for brands that gain traction to then rip their products, copy everything in a minute just to launch it on amazon at a lower price
they're then even registering a trademark on your brand by buying tens of thousands of pcs of stock to be able to either pull you out of business or at least protect themselves from you trying to nuke them
those small kalo rippers are just the peak of the iceberg
we live in a goldrush bro it's never been easier to run a dropshipping biz in EU bro trust me bro with all of that AI bro its so easy you can automate everything bro
