Do you still think restricting most organizations from access to cyber models puts the world in a better position or worse?

Ancient Greek bronze sculpture was high technology.
A work like the Riace Warrior required advanced alloying, furnaces above 900°C, lost-wax casting, hollow-core engineering, sectional casting, precision joining, surface finishing, and multi-material inlays for eyes, lips, and teeth.
That was closer to the era’s advanced manufacturing than ordinary craft.
Meanwhile, most citizens lived with hand tools, pottery, woven goods, simple metal implements, lamps, carts, and household vessels.
The artist wasn’t using everyday technology.
He was working near the technological frontier of his civilization.
Does the artist's access to these highly evolved technological tools degrade the quality of the art?
How many other great pieces of art would have been created if these technologies were democratized?
If art doesn't speak to you, then so be it.
All art was created by people using tools, and great artists have always sought to push the boundaries of expression using the most current technologies.

If you called Yann LeCun an idiot for saying we need to move beyond LLMs and build something new, you are banned from using Jev.

Please clarify if the toggle to not "improve the model for everyone" actually prevents our data from being used for training your models or if it only makes our data be "de-identified" before it's then used to train your models.

Governed Ontology & Inference Gates. Would love to connect with anyone interested. Gates will be open sourced probably next week. Governed Ontology is well underway but there's a lot.
The gates are cotrained on models, but the Governed Ontology can regulate non-gated LLMs too.
Example job is a GH repo scan, as an example.

You can just investigate the exact same thing and not talk about consciousness... and people have for years.
J-space is really something we have been exploring since 2022. Glad to see it continues to work well at scale!
Some of the related work along this direction:
- How to recover the latent process using Jacobians (Identifiability of nonlinear ICA): arxiv.org/pdf/2206.07751
- How to handle dependent latents and assumption violations (again, through Jacobians): arxiv.org/pdf/2311.00866
- For general latent variable models, what remains recoverable with guarantees, and why Jacobians are universally helpful? (We could generalize SAEs to the general nonlinear case, with Jacobians!): arxiv.org/pdf/2604.17568
Feels like we're still only beginning to uncover what Jacobian structure can tell us about representations.

If you have been worshiping at the altar of these morons, please stop debasing yourself. Really, stop now
Us tech experts have tried to tell you, you were going to be played and now you have been. Learn from this experience.
No, learn from OUR experience because we do this for a living and we know all the players and we know their behaviors.
It is our job to spot threats before they appear.
We kind of know what we're doing.
And, whatever you do, do NOT purchase the stocks when they IPO. You will definitely lose your shirt.
This is going to be a protracted battle between the military industrial complex and Wall Street.
They are telling you you are not invited.
Believe them.
Since June 12, we’ve been working closely with the US government to restore access to Claude Mythos 5 and Fable 5. Today, the government notified us that Mythos 5, our strongest cybersecurity model, can be redeployed to a set of US organizations that operate and defend critical infrastructure.
We’re restoring access for these organizations quickly, and we’re continuing to work with the government to expand access to Mythos 5 and make Fable 5 available for general use again.

The technology that finds the exploit has two paths in the aftermath:
1. Exploit it
2. Patch it
Cyberterrorism is a real threat. That threat compounds when fewer people have access and fewer patches are made.
This is a general pattern with AI.
