@BipinSingh I have following up with your team since 20th of Dec regarding getting error while making due payment.
Team sending links to pay the due however I am not able to make the payment as appropriate options are not available and regarding the same I have shared evidences.
Now they asked mi to pay late payment charges which is not acceptable as it is completely delaying by your so called customer service team, please look into it otherwise I will go to the higher authorities. Looping @RBI
I have raised concern regarding my MobiKwik wallet/cashback on email as well as on tweeter week back still no response from team, request you @BipinSingh @MobiKwikSWAT please look into it.
I am following up for charges reversal since last 1 month still not getting closure, please look into it. @ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care @RBI
