A pedestrian walkway in Kerinchi, Kuala Lumpur, was flooded following heavy rain on Wednesday (Oct 28). Footage circulating on social media shows rainwater rushing along the walkway, leaving parts of the pedestrian path submerged and making it difficult for people to pass through. 🎥 TikTok/wanderizz1

NEW: Remedy's latest game, Control Resonant, is filled with art galleries. The galleries are filled with real art When I began talking to Remedy about it, I was delighted to discover who the artists are: many are the game developers' parents My story... gamefile.news/p/control-reso…

New: you think you know Proton, but you really don't. I spoke to 8 current employees, got Slack chats, meeting audio, and an AI manifesto written by its CTO. “That’s bullshit and loser thinking,” Yen wrote. “Stop thinking always of how to be slower, and focus more on how to be faster.” CEO Andy Yen critiques AI in public. But inside, he is pushing everyone to use AI, even those with security concerns 404media.co/manifestos-fear-…

Manifestos, Fear, and ‘Loser Thinking’: Inside Proton’s AI Reckoning

Proton CEO Andy Yen projects a calm persona and rails against Big Tech and critiques AI. Internally, he is pushing engineers to build Proton with AI, even when they have security concerns.

Before Lara Croft became a gaming icon, a small team at Core Design in Derby was bringing Tomb Raider to life in 1996. Thirty years later, we're grateful for everything they created and proud to carry that legacy forward as Tomb Raider's story continues. Cheers to the team that started it all.

Why is Kedah, with such a rich history, still among the poorest states? Tunku Tommy Mansur argues that Kedah’s ancient heritage should be treated as an intellectual, cultural and economic asset. He also places that story within the wider prehistory of the Malay Peninsula, from Kota Tampan to Perak Man. If we do not understand the value of our own history, how can we expect the world to understand it? 🎙️ MOMENTUM with Tunku Tommy Mansur ▶️ Watch the full episode: youtu.be/Aj8FOxLmZYE #MOMENTUM #TunkuTommyMansur #Kedah #AncientKedah #MalaysianHistory
