3. Denying Helen the position of mayor is legally permissible but would violate the substantive intent of our democracy. How can the biggest party be excluded? We should therefore try and avoid it if at all possible? So what are Helen’s options for coalition partners?

Handing Home Affairs over was a big mistake. As a data engineer, I value data integrity. Based on my interpretation of the figures, MKP should have crossed the 50% mark, possible data phantom deployed here I have seen same script applied in Gauteng, it does'nt add up.
