The biggest economic shift of the century might be this:
Everyone becomes an AI landlord.
Here’s why the future economy may not have jobs at all 🧵
After 5 years of pitching to VCs I have realized that all VCs invest with bias. Most of them are not thesis or data driven but rather have a very narrow scope and try to copy other investors. They look at qualities that empirically have nothing to with success. Reminds me of the scene in Moneyball where scouts were telling Brad Pitt not to buy a player because his wife was ugly!
Bottomline - dont pitch to such investors or waste your time with them. People who really understand tech, wont waste time makin broad sweeping statements about how founders "look" and "feel" like, bur rather focus attracting high quality founders by talking about things that excite them.
CUT THE NOISE!!
After three years of investing, I’ve noticed that founder usually gets rejected for reasons that have nothing to do with the market or the traction. The reason is that this particular person simply will not build a big company. They don’t have the personal qualities, the growth trajectory, the ambition or the emotional stability.
Defining the “ideal founder” is super hard but the red flags are always visible. Red flags kill most deals. In VC, though, nothing is worse than looking impolite, so no investor will ever tell you the truth.
We hate admitting that the world isn’t the same for everyone. Historically, a disproportionate share of economic value has been created by a relatively small number of people. AI looks set to make that concentration worse.
For decades you could count on a good career simply by being smart, educated, hardworking, and conscientious, a reliable executor.
Execution is getting cheap fast. The people who matter now can figure out on their own what needs doing, pick a direction, make the call, own it, and see it through. They bring initiative, taste, intuition, and experience. Or they’re young people who can grow these things quickly.
Economists have a convenient answer: retrain people. That works nicely in a slow world with predictable demand. In a world where automation and new capabilities arrive in months, it’s a fairy tale for grant committees. What usually happens is that the economy gradually stops needing so many executors, even very good ones.
The wounded ego of our wounded generation takes all of this personally. There is no top founder without a deep wound somewhere inside. This isn’t about fairness or the “harmony of nature.” It’s that, right now, specifically, the world pays more to wounded people.
That doesn’t mean you should make yourself that way, but it belongs in your model of the world. People are not worthless as people. And they did everything right: they studied, worked ten- and twelve-hour days for decades, strived, sacrificed.
The market never promised to want you for being smart, good, and diligent.
This is a very unpleasant truth, and we’ll have to learn to talk about it. A person’s value and a person’s price are completely different things.
I feel vindicated. Congratulations @oliviachow and team!

I met the dude last weekend. Turned up at Fall fair with a camera crew and was making fake conversations with everyone. Quite unimpressive as a person. dont know what his policies are. I am guessing he doesnt have a plan!

I built a Claude skill that takes any competitor URL and returns:
→ Their PDP structure rebuilt for your brand
→ 30 ad hooks from their winning creatives
→ 10 UGC scripts in their proven angle
→ A retention flow designed to outlast them
Comment "CLONE" + RT and I'll send you the skill. Free.
When HR handles hiring instead of the team leads themselves, it leads to mediocre talent and paycheck chasers.. HR weeds out outliers. @AnthropicAI needs outliers. HR hiring works when you want people to preserve status quo or market positioning. You are in a race.
Give your team leaders responsibilty to hire their team and be responsible for them. Give them equity for every team level achievement. Consider each "manager" like a football manager with real stakes. You'll see the culture change

i just figured out the best way to use Seedance 2.5
latest model from ByteDance lets you generate up to 30 second continuous videos and accepts up to 50 reference assets (images, videos and audio) all in one generation
most people overcomplicate it, the real trick is in the details
my prompt structure looks like this:
[1] global scene + visual style
[2] character descriptions
[3] timestamped storyboard (0-5s, 5-10s, 10-15s...)
[4] camera movement
[5] negative prompts
[6] ending constraints
for example, instead of saying: "girl doing her skincare routine with x product"
you tell it exactly what happens every few seconds, where the camera moves, how the emotion changes, what should never appear
i put together the exact framework i use and leaking it all to you right now
here's what you're getting:
> the prompt formula for 30-second videos
> how to Use Seedance 2.5 at a fraction of the cost
> the best way to use reference images/videos
> transitions, camera movements and negative prompts
RT + reply "SEEDANCE" and i'll send it over (must follow so i can dm)

Venture capital in Canada is very simple.
We’ll back American companies swinging for the fences, watch them turn into monsters, then come home and treat a Canadian founder raising a normal seed round like they asked to buy NASA.
Best we can do is $10K, 11 meetings, and a full exit strategy for a product that launched Tuesday.
Why does @fal support not respond?
I ahve sent an email for an issue regarding my account and got no acknowledgement for my issue
Even their discord has people not getting response for months on end.
I sanyone facing an issue where @AnthropicAI Claude Design consumes tokens but doesnt do what you asked it to do?

At the same time another revolution happened:
Blockchain created economies without states.
Bitcoin and Ethereum aren’t just technologies.
They’re digital economic systems.

This turns millions of people into AI landlords.
Operating digital workers instead of doing the work themselves.
10/
So the real question of the AI era is simple:
If machines do the work of the world…
who owns the machines?

Machines used to replace muscles.
Now they replace thinking.
AI can:
• write code • design ads • generate video • analyze data • create marketing campaigns
This is cognitive automation.
