@AvivaUKSupport It’s now taken you two months to NOT transfer out our pension @AvivaUK. No one at Aviva can help at all and, after being promised the transfer was on the way, it’s clear you lied. Your behaviour towards customers is abhorrent at best

@AvivaUKSupport after receiving and confirming the documentation last Monday we are promised the transfer out ‘today’ for 10 days. No one at Aviva either listens or cares and we are losing opportunities

@AvivaUK @AvivaUKSupport why are you refusing to give me details of your complaints procedure? We need to file with you prior to going to the Ombudsman - is that why? #ripoff #aviva #misselling #customerscomelast

@AvivaUK @AvivaUKSupport appear to be engaged in anti-competitive behaviour by delaying transfers out into other SAAS pensions. A total disgrace and hindering people investing their own pensions and creating a loss of chance

@moneyweek @TheTelegraph__ @MoneySavingExp I’m sure I’m one of 1000s but @AvivaUK @AvivaUKSupport are still engaged in their anti-competitive, immoral behaviour towards transferring out to SAAS pensions. It’s been a full time job chasing for 2 months and still no transfer out.

@AvivaUKSupport @AvivaUK @TheTelegraph__ @theguardian every single tweet from Aviva over the last few weeks starts with “I’m sorry to hear that ...”. Does no one have the teeth to bring them to account?
