Hi @virginmedia I’m intrigued why your retention staff refuse to accept notice of cancellation over 30 days when your contract clearly states “at least 30 days”. Please educate your staff - it has taken me three calls to give notice.
The disinformation about #ev batteries is amazing. I owned an early Leaf that had been charged to 100% everyday whether it needed it or not. By the time I bought it, it had 50% battery left, good for 50 miles. Worked great as a runabout.
