Here, digital registers utilize audited smart contract suites for on-chain compliance. An asset transfer literally cannot execute unless both wallets are fully KYCed and whitelisted. For banks tokenizing institutional assets, this continuous compliance is the absolute baseline.

You are 100% correct - It’s a massive flaw in current tokenization markets. Some tokenization platforms mask this with a weak workaround: they only enforce KYC at the point of dividend distribution or redemption. Secondary trading—and insider trading—remains completely anonymous.
