Having being born and raised in Thornaby it’s pretty crap seeing your home town in the media in this light.
Surely there could have been a better decision made where the women and girls could continue playing.
🤦🏼♂️
Super proud for the girls, deserved after how much they have come on this season.
Finding that balance of fun, development and have a competitive nature is key for me.
Really cannot wait to start next season.
After I’ve had a break though 😂
Looking forward to this!
The girls have been unreal all season and deserve all praise coming their way.
Our Under 12s have a huge game tomorrow when they could claim their League Title with a win. We're so proud of you girls, and we just wanted to wish you all the best! It's a 10.30 ko at Ridgwood School (DY8 3LS). #Glassgirls @stourfcgirls 🔴⚪️

Round 2 of development meetings followed by a bit of footy!
Busy few days but the U12’s are coming along just nicely. An incredible group of girls with some top notch talent.
Grassroots football is an absolute outlet for me, working from home has its positives and negatives.
However, the buzz I get when it’s training that night or the butterflies on a Friday night is something I’ll always love.
This season has been filled with a lot of positivity which just makes the whole experience easier.
The coaching bit is an ongoing cycle of learning, something I’m loving to be honest, plenty to do and more to take on board
Being surrounded by good people and doing it as part of a club like @StourbridgeFC where the women’s game is thriving just makes it that little bit more special.
Cannot wait to see what’s in store for the superstars.
Big game for the girls this weekend, really looking forward to it.
The way these guys have developed over the season gives us immense pleasure!
Roll on Saturday
We’re on the hunt for a 2 new players for the 24/25 season. Given the depth in the squad we ideally need a defensive minded player (preferably a CB) and a ST.
We have an amazing group of girls!
