🚀 Catch API contract drift before it hits production!
Watch @Caesar_Sage demo the Microcks VS Code extension, bringing instant API mocking, contract testing, and local/CI drift detection to your developer workflow.

@CloudNativeFdn @linuxfoundation
What you’ll see in this demo:
🔹 Local Mocking: Instant API mock servers powered directly inside VS Code.
🔹 Contract Testing: Validate real service responses against your OpenAPI specs.
🔹 Drift Detection: Spot contract mismatches locally & catch breaking changes early in CI/CD.
A big thank you and credit to @Caesar_Sage for building and demonstrating this awesome feature! 👏

Mocking APIs early keeps production runs predictable. Great stuff from the Microcks community.

What a great project and a creative way to use and integrate @microcksio as a backend service! Kudos, @nausheennoorz 👏 Maybe there are some great ideas here that could be contributed back and integrated upstream into Microcks?

Built an AI-powered mock server 🚀
Drop in a schema → get a live REST/GraphQL mock in seconds. Then break it on purpose 💥 wrong types, nulls, negative prices, missing fields — injected straight from your schema.
Realistic mocks. Deliberate chaos. Full control. 👇

🚀 reShapr 1.0.0 is here: our first stability gate.
After 460 commits, 20 releases in 202 days, and 10 contributors across 4 countries.
We also wrote it up by persona: developers, platform engineers, SREs, security architects, and decision-makers each get a straight answer on what 1.0.0 changes for them.

And with this stability gate crossed, we're setting our sights on the @AgenticAIFdn Sandbox.

Recently @microcksio was working on a VS Code extension that brings Microcks closer to the developer's inner loop, so you can work with API mocks, contract testing, dry-runs, and local/remote Microcks environments without constantly jumping between your editor, terminal, and UI
