जम्मू तवी एक्सप्रेस में सफर करने के दौरान सेना के जवान जिग्नेश चौधरी ने रेलवे के कर्मचारी मोहम्मद ज़ुबैर से कम्बल क्या मांग लिया जुबैर विवाद करने पर उतारू हो गया |
सेना का जवान काफी देर तक मुहम्मद ज़ुबैर मैनन से निवेदन करता रहा लेकिन जुबैर अपनी आदत से बाज नहीं आया और सेना के जवान से ऐसे व्यवहार कर रहा मानों जुबैर को भारतीय सेना ही पसंद न हो |
जब विवाद बढ़ा और सेना के जवान ने रेलवे विभाग से शिकायत करने के लिए कुछ प्रयास शुरू किये तो मुहम्मद ज़ुबैर मैनन ने जवाब के पेट में धारदार हथियार घोप दिया जिससे सेना के जवान की मौत हो गई |
अब सबसे बड़ी बात यह कि आखिर ऐसी भी क्या वजह थी कि रेलवे कर्मचारी ड्यूटी के दौरान अपने साथ धार दार हथियारों लिए हुआ था जिससे सेना के जवान को उसने मारा |
और सेना के जवान को चादर देने में मुहम्मद ज़ुबैर को ऐसी क्या समस्या थी जो मुहम्मद ज़ुबैर मैनन ने जवान को चादर नहीं दिया बल्कि हमला कर मार ही दिया |
अगर मरने वाला व्यक्ति सेना के हिंदू जवान जिग्नेश चौधरी की जगह मुहम्मद ज़ुबैर मैनन नाम का मजहबी होता तो सोशल मीडिया पर यह मामला वामपंथी मीडिया इंटरनेशनल लेवल का मुद्दा बना देती लेकिन मर गया सेना का जवान हिंदू है इसलिए सब शांत हैं |
हिंदुओं यह हत्या सिर्फ सेना के जवान की नहीं बल्कि देश की रक्षा करने के लिए अपना घर परिवार छोड़ कर चौबीस घंटे ड्यूटी पर तैयार रहने वाले रक्षक की है | इस मामले को वामपंथी मीडिया नहीं उठायेगी लेकिन तुम इतना उठा देना कि हर हिंदू तक कांड की जानकारी पहुंचे |

Neha Bora will soon be arrested, as multiple complaints filed again her.
Supreme Court lawyer Kanika Bhardwaj (who identifies as a Brahmin and Pujari) has filed a police complaint against AISA President Neha Bora over her public remarks that “Pujaris are rapists.”
Bhardwaj is seeking registration of an FIR and a written apology. She has said that if the police do not act, she will approach the court.

A formal complaint has been filed against Neha Bora (AISA) @neha_aisa before the SHO, Sansad Marg Police Station, New Delhi, concerning her sweeping public statements alleging that women are raped inside temples by pujaris.
Such reckless and sweeping allegations against an entire community of religious functionaries have the potential to create communal disharmony, promote enmity between groups and disturb public tranquillity.
Freedom of speech is a constitutional right, not a licence to make irresponsible and inflammatory statements. Those exercising this right must remain within the boundaries prescribed by law and be held accountable for their words.
She has to understand her limitations, and freedom of speech is not absolute.
No one is above the law.

मतलब दैनिक भास्कर ने सिर्फ जानबूझकर IIT का डेटा निकाला है, सारा नहीं दिखाया! और पूरा सच भी नहीं बताया!
पूरा सच ये है कि 2019 तक एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर/प्रोफेसर पद पर आरक्षण नहीं था!
2019 में इसको मोदी जी ने शुरू किया!

अब ये भी बता दें कि 2019 से पहले जो प्रोफेसर/एसोसिएट प्रोफेसर भरे गए, उनकी जाति नहीं काउंट हुई, वो अनारक्षित ही रहे! इसलिए वो आज भी अनारक्षित ही होंगे!
मतलब ये कि
1. असल में आरक्षण वाले लोग काफी फैकल्टी पोस्ट पर हैं, सिर्फ़ 32% पर नहीं (2019 से पहले वालों में भी आरक्षित वर्ग के लोग होंगे जो अनारक्षित कहला रहे हैं)
2. सीटों का अनाराक्षण (यानी deserervation) banned है! मतलब ये कि आरक्षित सीट को उसी वर्ग का उम्मीदवार भर सकता है! तो खाली रह गई सीटों का जिम्मेदार कौन?
3. अब किसी वर्ग की सीट खाली है, तो उनको बोलो पढ़ने, इसमें GC क्या करे? और जब 50% ही नहीं भर पा रहे, तो और आरक्षण बढ़ाकर उन सीटों की भी बर्बादी क्यों करना है?
ये लोग जानबूझकर सेलेक्टिव डेटा दिखाकर शोषण वाला नैरेटिव चला रहे हैं!
कोई पूछे इनसे की ये AISHE रिपोर्ट्स कवर क्यों नहीं करते, जिसमें SC/ST/OBC 62% दिख रहे हैं?
पदों में 49.5% आरक्षण, फैकल्टी में सिर्फ 18% हिस्सेदारी... RTI से खुलासा-सात IIT में SC, ST और OBC शिक्षकों का प्रतिनिधित्व आरक्षण के तय अनुपात से काफी कम, देश के शीर्ष तकनीकी संस्थानों से सामने आई यह तस्वीर

BSF personnel from the 49th Battalion detained local resident Hefzur Rehman during an operation near Ashabari Gram Panchayat. Villagers allege Rehman was assaulted in custody and suffered a leg fracture. Angry residents, including a large number of women, then blockaded the Ashabari-Rahimpur road.
When a BSF team, accompanied by an Assistant Commandant, arrived at the spot, a violent clash broke out, leaving three BSF personnel and a civilian injured.
