Customer service is either doing a bad job or they're not responding at all.

These are serious claims. Traders deserve clear answers, not silence.

@risktakend 3 × $100K accounts reportedly terminated with around $4,000 withheld @Dhruvtradrfx account reportedly terminated before a $1,300 payout over a historical issue he says he had disclosed

@kytrades_ $200K account terminated and $3,143 payout denied over an alleged CID link to 24 accounts
@thefire_111 $4,200+ payout reportedly rejected after previous payouts of $5,746 and $343
@the_negan_ approximately $41,000 payout reportedly rejected, account closed and trader banned
@hotaru_trader approximately $7,000 payout reportedly rejected after nearly two years of smaller payouts
@Abdir14Abdiwali $4,618 payout reportedly rejected after a disputed risk interview

@AnTrader1989 claims a $14,000 payout was rejected over what the trader calls false accusations
@Underwater200K one $4,656 payout reportedly paid before a second $100K account was terminated over alleged coordinated trading
@Walatafx payout reportedly denied without a clear rule breach being explained
@KhalidTradess account reportedly suspended and payout rejected
@Notjustokai $2,000 payout reportedly denied over alleged copy trading, followed by being blocked

TRADERS ARE ASKING FOR ANSWERS.
Which exact trades broke the rules? What evidence supports each decision? Why are traders still reporting unresolved payout disputes?
If a breach happened, show the evidence. If the decision was correct, explain it clearly. If a mistake was made, fix it.
Rules must be enforced fairly and transparently. Traders should not have to fight endlessly just to understand why their payouts were rejected.

The dollar got stronger, which usually pushes gold down.
Gold rose about 1% anyway, back above $4,000.
The reason was oil.
Crude fell under $100 on Middle East peace talks, which cooled inflation worries, which trimmed bets on higher interest rates.
Gold cares more about rates than about the dollar right now.
