Today was supposed to be SO productive and a shitty customer service experience has drained the good will out of me.
Just had the worst encounter ever with @DisneyPlus. Had a billing issue that needed a refund. I was going to apply a Disney+ Gift Card in its place, and they told me that the only way to do it was to cancel and resubscribe to the service, which is fine. (next)
So now I don't have @DisneyPlus and the only way to get it back is by spending more money out of pocket on a month to month subscription while I wait for them to fix their issue. (next)
