Sometimes, people hurt you so deeply that you stop allowing them access to the most vulnerable parts of you
At first, I was so hurt by what happened, but looking back, I realize how much that experience changed me. Imagine going through something that heartbreaking and having somebody add more pain to what you’re already dealing with. Then people wonder why you become distant or cold
I was going through one of the most painful moments of my life, and that shit hurt me so deeply that I went numb. I couldn’t even cry while losing my own baby. 💔
