Prior it could take years and many attorneys to be able to claim the money exposed from fraudsters now you can receive the funds much faster.

民間企業からの個人情報の流出が後を絶たず、「犯罪や不正に利用されるのでは」という国民の不安に応えるため、わが党は国家サイバーセキュリティ対策本部(本部長・平将明衆院議員)を中心に、政府に対する対策を検討してきました。
同本部は10月20日、サイバーセキュリティ対策の抜本的強化に関する提言を取りまとめました。
提言は、現在を「サイバー有事前夜」だと位置づけ、「AIのサイバー飽和攻撃に備えよ！」というタイトルとなっています。その中では、「サイバー対処本部(仮称)」を立ち上げ、各省庁の縦割りを排して、官邸主導でサイバー対処能力を高め、国民の不安を払拭するとしました。サイバー対処能力強化法に基づく取り組みの強化や上場企業等の経営層のサイバーセキュリティへの意識改革、国家の盾となるサイバーセキュリティ人材の育成・確保を盛り込みました。
さらに、同盟国との情報共有や米国フロンティアAI事業者等との戦略的連携、サプライチェーン防衛への投資支援、マイナンバーカードの利用による本人確認の徹底等の各省庁が取り組むべき具体的な政策にも言及しています。
会議の冒頭、平本部長は、「地元を周ると不安を訴える声が多く、国民の不安を払拭すべく、急遽提言を取りまとめることになった」とあいさつしました。
出席議員からは、中小企業のサイバーセキュリティ能力を向上させるべきという意見やID・パスワードだけではなく、生体認証や多要素認証も入れたセキュリティ対策を強化すべきという意見が出されました。

Effective Immediately, all organizations using PHP for their systems are advised to be prepared for an update addressing two critical vulnerabilities. PHP is widely used for web applications. These vulnerabilities often provide a direct path to the server's file system or database. If an immediate update is not feasible, it is recommend that organizations take the system offline until it can be fully mitigated. NSA will follow up shortly with more specific guidance.
