There's been 5 days of intense fighting in Haiti and now more Salvadoran troops are arriving.
There remain so many civilians in the communities where the fighting is taking place.
A friend just reached out desperate for some help to get a bus ticket and flee to the provinces.
It's not just armed groups that terrorize, but also state and foreign security forces.
When the going gets tough,
the weak leave the country on a private plane.
We’ve known there was no one in charge in #Haiti.
Now, that evidence is being thrown in our faces with this Mexico trip
while Nayib Bukele steps up battle-ready & fit for purpose!
