Jongdae’s doctor told him to cut down on caffeine. He asked if one cup a day was okay, but the doctor said once every 3 days was appropriate & he was DEVASTATED. He also couldn't resist so he ended up drinking a cup of coffee afterward 😭🤣 Jongdae shared that he went to the hospital for a check up and his cold wasn't severe. He didn't have a fever, wasn't coughing, & his nose is clear too but his throat feels uncomfortable every morning, that's when his doctor advised to cut down his caffeine intake. He added that he went for a check up since he's going to Macao soon for a fanmeeting & as a preventive measure. He then reminded us "prevention is better than cure" and to take better care of our health 💛 #CHEN #첸 #김종대
