Here is the official statement from @Uniswap and @saintniko about the issue on $MGEN
"our router is fucked up, it wreck user"
"not a bug in their hook"
"best cource of action is nothing"
reminder that if you want to trade $mgen, it is extremely advised to do it through morphogen.org exclusively until further notice, please do not use external ui 🐛
people at @Uniswap like @saintniko will look you straight in the eyes with a pokerface and tell you "there is no bug"
then what is that?
@haydenzadams
fix your shit please
we looked into @Uniswap opensource routing stack e2e
not a v4 core bug but a real integration blind spot as supposed in the original article
@haydenzadams @saintniko you guys should look into this please

People still sleeping on this.
$MGEN Dev found a real Uniswap routing blind spot, wrote a whole report about it.
Nobody’s priced what happens if @Uniswap actually replies, and credits @morphogen_ for it.
God candle is loading.
we found an issue with a routing UX blind spot: an exact-input request can make @Uniswap miss an exact-output buy path and return a much worse route instead
full technical report, reproduction and sources below ↓
situation is not the most favorable right now, but we will repeat it again, if you plan on buying $mgen use morphogen.org exclusively until further notice
full details here in this article: nitter.gq/morphogen_/status/2092…

retarded whales sold their bag and nuked the chart but here is a tldr, and btw we got our custom v4 hook approved by @Uniswap

430,000 $mgen are locked in protocol custody because 43 organisms are materialized on eth mainnet
when you materialize an organism, the 10k $mgen backing it get locked and shrink circulating supply while the organism reveal its butterfly as an nft that could draw a 1/1 (there is 19 in the collection, none have be generated yet), at anytime you can decide to return the nft into its liquid form, unlocking the 10k $mgen back
materialize your organism at morphogen.org/lifecycle
the onchain worm is fat 🐛 $MGEN
$mgen is 24h old!
it was a completely crazy day, we are still in the process of contacting relevant platform (@Uniswap mainly but also @fomo, @gmgnai, @Pumpfun per community request) to allowlist our custom v4 hook and remove potential flags that misrepresent our protocol
it is still heavily advised to trade $mgen at morphogen.org/market until we get confirmation from @Uniswap that our hook is allowlisted
i'll let you guys know as soon as we get an answer
the onchain worm is fat 🐛
looks like someone figured out that you can list and trade your $mgen nft on the explorer and listed the first butterfly for 1 ETH 🐛

the onchain worm is fat 🐛
all $mgen organisms that has been materialized so far and their core lifecycle showing their metamorphosis from catterpillar to pupa to butterfly
if your $mgen organism have the trait called "lifecycle echo" set to "resonance", "whisper" or "halo"
it is heavily advised that you materialize it to ethereum with haste because that trait is extremely rare (less than 1% chance to be generated)
making it a future sought-for nft in the collection
your butterfly could even roll a 1/1 family on top of that, making it extremely valuable 🐛
