I like @ethena' delta-neutral approach. It requires much less collateral and it's much more scalable.
What scales relatively well with capital in DeFi?
1. Staking
2. Looping stETH on @AaveAave
3. Restaking (time will tell but most likely)
4. GLP by @GMX_IO
5. RWA treasury yields
6. Delta neutral stablecoins ONLY if hedged via perps on CEXes like @ethena (time will tell but that’s my guess)
Everything else is mostly meh
